What You Get, and Exactly What It Says
Everyone who attends receives a certificate of attendance. Anyone who presented also receives a presenter certificate and a confirmatory letter. All are issued by 16 November 2026 at 16:00, two days after the conference.
What You Get for £149
Everything on the day. There is no separate charge for the poster hall, the breakout sessions, the certificate, or anything else listed here. Erudical alumni attend at no charge.

The Documents Themselves
The three roles are certificated differently, because they are different things. An oral slot is a competitive selection and a timed presentation to a seated room. A poster is accepted against a published standard and presented at your board. Attending is neither, and its certificate says so.

This letter confirms that Dr James Smith delivered an oral presentation entitled “The role of LRP5 in bone mineral density” at the National Medical Education & Research Conference (NMERC 2026), held online on Saturday 14 November 2026.
The abstract was scored against the conference’s published rubric and reviewed before a decision was issued. Oral slots are limited and selected on score. The presentation was delivered in the lecture hall and took place as scheduled.
Submission to the conference is free and open to anyone in the United Kingdom.

Issued to every delegate, presenters included, by 16 November 2026 at 16:00. It names the conference, the date and the CPD hours, and says nothing about presenting. If you attend without presenting, this is your one document; there is no letter, because there is nothing to confirm.
For IMT/ST Applicants
Recruitment guidance is explicit on two points. An achievement gained after the application closing date cannot be counted, and a presentation you have not yet given must not be claimed. The presentation has to have happened.
You can amend your application until the window closes. Present on 14 November, then add it. Every document exists by 16 November at 16:00, so what you claim is already true and already evidenced.
The 2027 CT1 and ST1 window has not been published. In the 2026 round, applications opened on 23 October and closed on 20 November at 16:00.
