The day · Saturday 14 November 2026 · 08:30 to 16:30
A lecture hall, a poster hall, breakout tables, a courtyard and a lounge, all open across the same day. The oral programme is timetabled; everything else you walk into when you want it. Click a time below and the plan moves with you.
Times are provisional until the oral programme is filled. The final order, with named presentations, goes to everyone holding a place in the week before the conference.
Arrive, register, and test your microphone before it matters.
A walk-up hall only works if the authors are actually there. So poster presence is not a courtesy — it is the condition on which your certificate is issued. See what the certificate says.
11:00 — 12:00
Window one
Every poster author at their board, on camera, for the full hour. Delegates walk the hall and talk to you directly.
14:30 — 15:30
Window two
The same again, for anyone who was in the lecture hall during the first window. Both are compulsory.
Outside the windows
The hall stays open and your board stays up. Delegates can read it whenever they like; you are only required to be standing at it twice.
Illustrations of the venue. Drawings of the space, not photographs of an event.

Lobby
Where you arrive. Registration is here from 08:30.

Lecture hall
The oral programme, with a chair keeping time.

Poster hall
Rows of boards, with the author beside each one.

Breakout tables
Sound is private to the table. Sit down and you have joined in.

Courtyard
Outside, with benches, and no programme at all.
It runs in your browser. No download, no account to build, and you can be inside the venue in under a minute. Erudical already runs its live teaching day this way, so the platform is not being tried out on you.
You will get a link and a short walkthrough in the week before the conference, and the registration desk in the lobby can sort out anything that is not working.
You move with the arrow keys
Walk your character into a room and you are in that room’s audio.
Conversation starts by walking up
Approach someone and you can hear them. Walk away and you cannot. There is no queue and no host to let you in.
Posters are objects you interact with
Stand at a board and it opens full-screen, with the author available to talk beside it.
Camera and microphone are yours to control
Delegates can keep both off. Poster authors need the camera on during the two windows.
Submissions close on 31 October 2026. Free to submit, to either room, with a decision within five days.
