These terms set out how the Erudical Points Guarantee works. They are designed to be clear and fair for both you and us.
What the guarantee covers
The guarantee applies to the training-in-teaching (teach the teacher) point that the Erudical course is designed to satisfy on UK Internal Medicine, Core and Specialty Training self-assessments. It does not cover other parts of your application, or a decision based on factors unrelated to the teaching course.
Who is eligible
You are eligible if you: (1) purchased the Erudical Teach the Teacher course; (2) completed the course and received your certificate of completion; and (3) submitted that certificate as evidence for the teaching point on your application.
How to claim
If your teaching point is not accepted, email info@erudical.com within 60 days of receiving your application scoring outcome, including your certificate of completion and written evidence from the recruitment body that the teaching point was not awarded. We will review and, where the guarantee applies, refund your course fee in full.
What is not covered
The guarantee does not cover: points lost for reasons unrelated to the teaching course; applications where the certificate was not submitted as evidence; specialties whose person specification does not award a point for a teaching course (always check the current person specification — see our points guide); or claims made more than 60 days after the outcome.
General
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force at your date of purchase applies. This guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights.
